Hello,I want to use my Devo TX with the Hitech Vektor 280
Hitec VEKTOR 280 Receiver Ready FPV RACING DRONE | eBay

It says it works with PWM, PPM, Spektrum® Satellite and S-Bus Receivers

I have a few RX picked out that I think should work but I'm not sure and need some reasurance
The receivers I have in mind are listed below....will someone tell me if they'll work?

    RC OrangeRx R615X DSM2/DSMX Compatible 6Ch 2.4GHz Receiver w/CPPM | eBay

(1.4G) ORANGERX R616XN DSM2/DSMX COMPATIBLE 6CH CPPM NANO RECEIVER WITH FAILSAFE | eBay

RC OrangeRx R617XL cPPM DSM2/DSMX Compatible 6ch Receiver | eBay

(0.5G) ORANGERx R614XN DSM2/DSMX COMPATIBLE NANO DIY RECEIVER WITH CPPM & PWM | eBay

    Thank you in advance.

None of these will work with a Devo Transmitter.

You need an RX that Walkera Devention Protocol compatible.

    e.g.

Walkera RX-SBUSe 2.4G 12CH Transmitter Receiver SBUS PPM Output Without Case For Devo 7 F7 10 12E RC Parts from Toys Hobbies and Robot on banggood.com

Walkera RX-SBUS 2.4G 12CH Receiver SBUS PPM Output For Devo 7 F7 F10 F12E RC Parts from Toys Hobbies and Robot on banggood.com

Use the PPM output from the RX.

Doesn't the devo series use the DSM2/DSMX protocol?

nevermind that question.I see that they don't use dsm2/dsmx protocol but they can be hacked to use it

Its not a hack. You can install the Deviation FW that will support DSM2/DSMX. It replaces the Devention FW. The only issue is that the Deviation FW is very powerful and also very complex. Not for the average user.
