Hello, is Geekbuying a trusted reseller? How's it for $189?

StoneDef, What tx are you using? I have an 8S with Deviation, and I have no idea how to set the flight modes. I also have a Rodeo 110 (3 days ago! Still has new quad smell:D) with the same problem.

You need to add a complex mix with 3 mixes to a virtual channel. Assign the correct output channel and assign the switch and set the outputs on the 3 mixes to -100, 0,+100. As absolute values.

Deviation is a very complex programming system.

    Cheers

You're speaking to the choir here! Do you know which channel controls the flight modes? Maybe you could walk me through (or perhaps make a quick video) I'm kindof understanding, but don't have it straitght in my head yet. I'm reading the manual as I type.....

The channels are defined in The Model User manual. It tells you how to setup the model with a devo radio. And it needs to be set as Heli on the Devo 7

The channel order / number for a Devo 7 is:

    1. Elevator
    2. Aileron
    3. Throttle
    4. Rudder
    5. Gear
    6. Flap
    7. Aux1

bjr, you are a fountain of information, thank you. I appreciate it even when sometimes that information is(or should be) "What you should really do is RTFM!" :) I've gotten very good help here, a lot of it from you!
