I have a Voyager 3 with a standard gimbal that shakes uncontrollably and does not respond to the DevoF12E. It does transmit video. Also the landing gear at the back does not retract. Any recommendations on how to trouble shoot this one would be appreciated.

Regarding the gimbal, it sounds like it is unbalanced. With all power off (battery switch off), check if the gimbal will move and stay in the same place when you change its orientation. If it wants to return (quickly) to another orientation, then it needs to be weighted to balance. It could also be a wire it pulling at it, but because the wires on the Voyager 3 are all internal to the gimbal, then this would likely not be the issue.

For the rear landing gear, you might have a bad connection on its servo. Try disconnecting and reconnecting that servo plug and trying again.

You need to determine what the issue is with your rear landing gear first. Walkera have had issues with landing gear jams that has resulted in FC and other failures due to excess current causing burnouts.

The correction for this is to fit fuses inline with the landing gear.

Did the Gimbal problem commence when the landing gear failed?
