    Hello,
A client of mine has a problem with his drone , which is basically x350 without the shell, put onto the DJI 330 frame. It used to work quite fine, but for some reason it stopped connecting to mission planner via usb. I sent him a new usb port for the drone, but it did not solve the problem. All the cables are ok. Is there any way of helping remotely, or does he need to send it back to me for analysys ? I usually don't work with walkera drones, but i have never had usb problems with the ones that i repaired.

Mission Planner is not compatible with X350 flight controller.

I assume he is still using the OEM battery?

    Its one of these problems.

    As it worked previously.

    1. Model must be powered up for the connection to work successfully. Its due to some USB ports not being able to supply sufficient power.
    2. Model may be consuming too much power for the USB to work correctly. (Pulling Down the power rail to the FC USB connector)
    3. He may have upgraded Mission Planner to a latter release that is even more incompatible with Scout FC.

    Cheers
