My club say that we now need to fly with 25mw. Currently I have a TX5828, am I correct that I need a TX 5824?

Also what is the spec of the TX5829, is that 25mw? I can never find any spec info on walkera parts.

5829 (40 channels incldg race band) is the new version of 5824 (8 channels). 25mW CE.

    5825 and 5828 is FCC 200mW.

You gain almost twice the range.
