I just got my x800 with the Devo F12E and 3D gimbal. After assembly, I am now trying to test the gimbal. Roll and pitch works fine, but not yaw (left & right).
I am a newbie, so I do not know where to start trouble shooting.
Doeas anyone have any good advice?

    Thank you.

Yes sir, I have investigated this and have learned that you have roll & pitch. The YAW or horizon is SIMPLY a dampner. YOU CAN NOT controll the YAW, you can adjust it , but you must enter the program on the gimbal itself to adjust it. It is to automaticly keep the camera stable & smoothe durring right & left hand turns, so don't pull your hair out, IT JUST DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY ;( HAPPY DRONING!

I have the same problem. If you can not control the yaw then why is there a horizontal motor on the g-3d gimbal? I think the data cable on the gimble is missing a yaw connection. it has a Gnd connection which is useless because it is not connected in the qrx350 to the rx705 receiver. Should not the GND label indicated YAW instead? Since the gnd is established by the power connection?

Walkera does have a 3d gimbal with roll, yaw and pitch adjustments. It is model G-3DH 3-axis gimbal. It is rather pricey though. I have not found it for less than $290.00.
The one you have is not intended to adjust the yaw. The Third axis is for stabilization only.
