    Two things.

This is not a team walkera on an official forum. It s a Member help Member forum.
    And its Xmas.

You need smart device that support 5.8G WiFi.

According to the S7 specs it supports 5Ghz? So I don't know what that means.

But remember that all phones get customised for each country they are sold in. So maybe where he is located they do not support 5.8G on the phone due to local regulations.

Its the old FCC vs CE thing in spades. ;)

He has not updated his profile to identify his country location.

You would be fine in Singapore.

Did you download the app to the iPad?

As I said my iPad 2 works fine. The app incompatible is because its not listed a s a compatible device. Thats because its old and was not set as a compatible device. This happens a lot.

For my part apes several tests, the Iphone 4 are not compatible (no reception of WIFI signal in 5.8ghz)
My Ipad 4 still does not have the possibility to receive the application walkera drone (apps incompatible)

Back from Walkera that there would be a next update, but it's now 2 months .
