So I got the scout x4 as a gift and after a day of flying it, my cat knocked it off the counter over night cracking the shell. I order the parts and installed them all yesterday but now when I try too arm the motors and take off, all motors but the back right are spinning. It twitches and then when I give it more throttle, it stops all together. Hoping I can just somehow sync the motors and not have too purchase a new one. Let me know if you have any solutions!

Most likely a loose connection on the motor / ESC when cat knocked over or you replaced sell. make sure you did not crush a cable when you bolted the 2 shell halves together.
