    Hi Paul,

It is a very old Walkera when they were known as dragonfly. I don't know the specifics of this particular helicopter.

    Cheers Brian

    Hi Brian,

would you hazard a guess at the battery I would need for it?

the lipo battery that came with it is a 6 cell. But half the cells seem dead and no real markings on the battery itself.

    cheers
    Paul

I would think that it would most likely be a 6S 1800. Can you measure the physical dimensions for me. Then I would have a better guess.

    Cheers

The dimensions of the battery as a whole is:
8cm x 3.5cm x 3cm. The volts across two of the working cells comes out at 3.91v each.

    thanks
    Paul

hmm. That is too small for a 6S 1800mah.

Can you confirm the connectors on the Battery?

It should have 1 lead with 2 thick wires Red and Black
Plus a connector that has 7 Wires. Black on the first wire and the others white.

Can you confirm that it has 7 wires?

No, just a red and black wire which are quite thin, ~1mm core, nothing like the 11.1 lipos I have on my other hell.

Then that would be a 1S LiPo.

    Can you take a picture?
