I wonder if I can use 4S 1800mAh 65C in my F210 3D?
Yes you can but the only possible problem would be the length of the battery, it may not fit inbetween the camera mount and antenna clip. I bought a 1800 mah 4s and unfortunately was slightly too long.
I removed the XT60 / VTX antenna holder at the rear of the upper frame, the XT60 connector hangs free, this allows for longer batteries to be used.
Half my batteries are Tattu 1800mah /65C, they take up the entire length of the battery tray. Just make sure to use a rubber band to hold the balance plug out of the way of the props.
Makes a difference weight wise. F210 is still plenty fast with these batteries but notice the difference between the 2.
The batteries that I have do fit very well, I even have room for the balance plug behind it...My concern is if the motors/esc's can handle it?
Here's a Picture of it....
This is a 4S -1800 mah / 75C battery, use them all the time with no problems. Got tired of using the stock anti-slip mat as I loose or misplace them all the time, rubber bands work great for holding the battery in place The VTX antenna fits OK as well.
Dear friends, I have doubts about the batteries, the ideal is 1300 mah, but I see that they use 1800's batteries, does not that make the racer heavier and slower? Do not overload ESCs? Seeking balance for fast 3D maneuvers I'm looking at 1550mah 75c batteries.
