Looking at that Video I can make the following observations.
The 2.4 signal is fine as it shows the GPS coordinates without any issues. No loss of Coordinate data. The Telemetry is a backchannel on the 2.4Ghz band.
The 5.8 Ghz Video signal has some snow. This can be caused by one of the following.
The transmitter is too close to the drone. You need to be about 5 metres away from the drone to allow the RX antenna and TX antenna to do their jobs correctly.
The TX is on an adjacent receive channel to the drone. Make sure that the TX and RX are on the same Band B channel. Review the Quick Start Guide.
Interference on the 5.8 Ghz band. The 5.8Ghz video signal is an analogue signal and subject to snow if another 5.8 Ghz signal is present. If you have Dual band WiFi in your house it will interfere with the video signal and cause snow. Test it again in open field where you would normally fly.
Can you update your location in your profile. There are signal strength differences based on your country. EU has lower signal strength on 2.4 and 5.8 bands.
