Goggle 4 - Error 1

    I am getting an Error 1 with my Goggle 4. The goggles worked for a few days, then I get the error. Turning off and on doesn't help. Happens with all channels. I see others have had the same problem, but I have not seen any fixes. Please tell me how to resolve this or give me a refund.

    I'm trying to fix a problem, not get a refund yet. The Error 1 seems be a common problem on the Goggle 4. Walkera should post a solution.

    It feels like I'm conversing with a bot. I explained the error 1 and so have others. it is what the Goggle 4 screen shows when I turn it on. The goggles worked for week, then stopped working and only show Error 1 in all channels. I tried the unplug USB cable, turn on and off then reconnect USB fix that someone else posted. Didn't work. Walkera knows what is going on. They need to fix it. Lack of support will kill the company.

    Actually you did not explain it at all and I have not seen any other reports. Have a look at this thread.

    What happened between it working and the not working. Was it dropped? Did you change Antenna? did you plug it into PC. Did you use an alternate charger?

    Please advise.

    The Error 1 shows when I turn on the goggles. I didn't do anything different before the first time it appeared. I just turned it on and tried to use them. They worked earlier in the day and I didn't do a recharge in between. The goggles generate the error. What is Error 1? Is there a reset? Walkera should know this.

    Maybe they do. But remember we are not Walkera here. Have you tried to contact them?

    Where did you buy the goggles? Have you contacted the seller?

    Brian, I appreciate you trying to help. Your first 2 responses were confusing, so I thought I was conversing with a bot. I have tried to get help from Walkera. I bought them from UC Drone. I will see if I can get a refund. Thanks again for your help.

    I jad this issue as well and couldnt figure it out and there is no answer so here is wjat worked for me. There is a little black button on top of goggles on the right side. I believe that the button engages the signal. When i push this button it starts to receive the signal from the transmitter. Hope this helps anyone.
