Hi if anyone can help it would be much appreciated........

basically i have a few walkera drones with the 800tvl cameras and all is fine.
I also have a Runner pro 250 and a Furious 320 both with the 1080 camera, and my problem is:-
I am using the same 5.8ghz channel, the same goggles etc but all the 800tvl cams provide a colour image on the screen or googles but both the 1080 cams are black and white with occasional colour flickers for fpv tx but record to on board sdcard in 1080 colour perfectly.

If anyone knows why this is happening, is it pal ntsc conflict or resolution compatibility i dont know.

    Hardware Used:-
Fat shark Hd3 with furious v3 fpv diversity module
Hawkeye little pilot 5" screen All Using channel 5733

    2x Rodeo 150 - Pic colour
    F210 3d 800tvl - pic colour
Runner pro 250 1080 - B+w Fpv, colour sd record
    Furious 320 1080 - B+w Fpv, colour sd record.

    Look forward to any opinions.
    Cheers Ian.

What RX Antenna are you using RHCP or LHCP. Walkera TX is LHCP.

The 1080 Cameras have more data in the data stream so require a better connection.

    Hi, bjr981s.

I have swapped all antenna rhcp.
I have a diversity module on my glasses with spironet omni and a spironet flat panel antenna, and on the drones i have tried both my foxeer omni and a spironet omni all with the same result???

I even bought a new 5821 tx for my furious as i thought that could be the problem, also tried with and without the osd module.

Can you confirm that you have Betaband RX modules in your Fatsharks.

Hi, i have just recorded a video through the fatshark dvr and that shows the picture in colour too, so the 5.8 video tx must be ok but the screens are showing the live feed in black and white?

    Im even more confused now???

    Hi all,
Turns out there is a known fault with fatshark googles and "some" cameras.
I have to send my googles and a 1080 camera to their repair shop. Fingers crossed.

Well i have my googles back, slight change in the firmware and now they work as they should.

Service from fat shark was impeccable, in this day and age that is all you can ask for.
