Good day to all. Devo 10

I tried to do a model update and connected the usb to the pc. The connection is not detected by the pc.
Tried several usb cables and more than one PC.

Any suggestions as were to look for the problem.
I am considering looking at the usb port and tracing the connections .

    Thank you for any help

    Guy

Have you loaded the device drivers?

Thank you , yes the normal behavior is that when a usb device is connected the window 7 will advise of installing drivers. The problem we have is that the usb port on the tx is not recognized as being connected. I will check the contacts and avise .

Are you holding the EXT button down before you power on the TX?

Yes that is called Headless Mode. But its not relative to the drone but relative to the operator. Some models call it IOS. Intelligent orientation mode.

That means forward on the stick will be away from you regardless of the direction the model is pointing. And back will be towards you regardless of the direction the model is pointing. Same with left and right.

It is not a program for the transmitter but a function of the multi rotor.

Its only supported on the Scout, Tali, X350 Premium and the Voyager 3. Its not supported on any of the racing drones as gar as I am currently aware.

    Cheers Brian

Good day and thank you for the help. The problem was windows 7 , loading the drivers to operate the DFU program. The drivers are stored in the install folder for the program.
