hi, I was trying to put up a video but it is saying that is too larger. but that is what is happening, I turn and the Devo 7 (with fix id off) and then I connect the battery to the F215. and it just keeps beeping. also, I didn't get a chance to do anything in cleanflight because it was the first time that I connected the drone to my computer. At this point, I am thinking to flash the board and I don't know if that is a good idea. also is there any customer service from Walkera in the US? I am emailing them but is not cool to wait until the next day to get an answer.

    thank you. for you help

You need to upload the video to youtube and then link it here.

How much time between turning on the radio to powering up the drone?

It needs to be about 3 seconds to work correctly.

Re Flashing is not a good idea at this time until we understand what the problem is.

Can you take a picture of the cleanflight start page when you run it on your computer?

    Cheers

Ok try turning on the drone first then the radio. This is not recommended but it does help solve binding timing issues.

I notice that the radio says MOD 2. That means you have changed the default model config to the second on the list. This will not be programmed in the radio and will be on defaults. Most likely Helicopter mode. this will not work.

Go into the radio menu and select the first entry in model select. This should have a name like f215 not a mod X number.

ok. I don't know what I did but now is working. I am going to fly as soon as the weather lets me. I already set my failsafe just in case.

just to explain a bit what a did. I connected the battery and then I press the button on the receiver. that reset my transmitter and it allows me to reconnect to the Devo 7. it looks like in the proses I make many changes to the Devo 7, that now I am trying to fix.

Brian, you are the Men thank you for all the back and forward. I will keep in touch and thank once again

That let you bind as it cleared the fixed ID from model config 1.
Do not to fly on model config 2.

It has not been configured and it will adjust flight modes on you as you power up the throttle.

You must set the config back to model 1.
