Hi, so I am new to all this... I was wondering if I can charge multiple Rodeo 150 batteries using these:

    Battery balance Charger: Imax B6AC

Parallel Board: HotRc High Quality 2S-6S XT60 Plug Parallel Charging Board

Adapter cable: XT60 to EC2 Losi (up to 6X)

This set up would allow me to charge up to 6 150 batteries using the parallel charging board. My main concern is that only the EC2 plug of the F150 battery will be used in this set up. Do I have to use the balance cable as well (I note that the stock charger only uses the balance cable)? Or will this work using just the main EC2 plug and still balance correctly as the charger is a balance charger? I am aware that if it does work, I will need to set voltage etc accordingly (there is a calculation out there) - I just want to understand if it will charge these batteries without using the balance cable off the battery.

Actually never mind, I just realised the parallel charging board has the balance ports on it as well... Duh!

:) Or you could use one of these. It does them in series but it is a lot safer.

Balance charger - RadioLink Electronics Co., Ltd.

If you go ahead with the parallel board make sure you connect the balance leads first for all your batteries and then let it sit for 30-60 minutes, before you connect the XT 60 and start charging.

You need to be careful when parallel charging that the battery cells all start at the same level otherwise you will cook the highest charged cell.
By just connecting the balance leads to the charge board they will all balance each other out first. The highest charged cells will charge the lowest charged cells.

    Cheers Brian

No it does hybrid charging on the balance plug only. You don't need the mains connected.
you can plug in 2s to 6s balance leads.
