    Looking for charger help.

When plugged in without battery attached the led flashes green, does not stay solid
When plugged in with battery attached the led flashes red, does not stay solid
I let it in over night and it did not charge. Took a reading with a multimeter and confirmed battery was not charged.

Cannot find explanation to what the lights state means in any of the user manual.

Thanks I figured out from your other posts we are talking about the charger that came with your F210. This is a generic help forum.

Your battery has a bad cell. get yourself a LiPo checker. You will need it.

Stick to the OEM batteries they are good quality at a reasonable price. Forgot about extending flight time. If you change from the OEM batteries your drone will not fly correctly. If you want to extend your flight time get additional batteries but make sure you let the ESCs and Motors cool down before you fly again.

I suspect that the bad cell is due to the fact that this is an older model and the batteries need to be checked and storage charged every 6 months.

The battery would have died while it sat on the shelf. A lipo checker will tell you this.

It could also be that 1 cell is significantly lower than the others. Put the battery in the drone and run the motors till the battery is flat. Then immediately charge again. If one cell is too low it will not balance and will stay with a red blinking charge state.

Thank you for your help, One more question. Do u know what might have caused a cell to go out or is it just one of the random universe is evil type of things? I also would like to mention that i have only had this drone for a week so the battery and charger went bad rather quickly

This would be the most likely cause. Read up on maintaining LiPo batteries.

Try this to balance the battery in case it has 1 low cell.
