Brand new cant fix flip of death

Brand new runner 250 and have not flown much more than hovering. Already destroyed a batch of props and want to send this thing back with all the headache.

Steps I have taken:
1) Throttle mod in subtrim
2) In this video you can see it rolls to the left front.
So I swapped the motors front left to the right rear to see if it was the esc. Now it rolls to the left rear!
3) made sure all connections and contacts were secured.
4) battery upgrade firmware.

Still no dice... Im extremely frustrated.
