hello all. Im fairly new to all this. I had a mate screw around with all my trims and setting thinking he knew what he was doing. I couldnt even get the drone off the ground. So i thought i would reset as i didnt not know what he had changed.
Now the 150 will not respond to the devo 7
It seems to bind but nothing else

    Can anyone help with this?

Update. After more investigation it seems the the controller throttle stick is regestering in cleanflight as throttle and aux2. It was not like that previously. I have also retored to a backup of when i first log to cleanflight and that has not fixed the issue

If your friend used cleanflight he most likely used the wrong version.

You will need to load cleanflight version 1.2.0 from our resources tools section.

The reload the firmware for your drone to clean any cli based settings he may have changed then load the default settings included with the FW package. The FW is also in the resources section.

Third tab from the top from the left on the main page

    Cheers Brian

Hello Brian, Thanks for the reply.

Cleanflight 1.2.0 was used, the only setting changed with cleanflight was having the beeper on a switch. (which i saved a back up of which i reloaded and did not fix the issue)
the problem has come from useing the reset command on the devo 7 itself, resetting all.
While I was in cleanflight last night trying to fix this I noticed in the transmitter tab that the throttle stick was also activating the aux 2 channel.

I have been reading (like I mentioned i'm extremely new to all this detailed controller settings) i was going to make sure it has not set my type to plane. if it hasnt done that i thought i would do the stick calibration and/or check the switch setting and to see if i can change aux two back to what it was?

Or if im way off the mark please fell free anyone to enlighten me. Had this thing for two weeks now and have only been able to use if for 15 min :( (note to self dont let anyone touch my stuff)

    Thanks again in advance.

    OK easy fix.

You need to reprogram the Devo 7 as per the quick start guide.

First thing you have to do is set the model type to aeroplane. It defaults to a collective pitch heli. It uses aux 2 as the collective pitch channel to drive pitch coupled with the throttle.

If you follow the Radio Programming Guide in the quick start guide you will be fine.

Thank you guys for all the great advice.
